The attorneys of Deetman & Associates are educated, trained and well
experienced in obtaining compensation for their clients. We are a small law
firm consisting of two brothers. We specialize in representing plaintiffs on
a contingent fee basis in personal injury and subrogation cases, and we strive to give personal attention to
all our clients.
The personal injury side of our practice has involved over 20 years of
representation on a contingent fee basis of thousands of accident victims
that have been injured in all kinds of incidents. These incidents include
auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian
accidents, truck accidents, construction and factory and other workplace
accidents, dog bites, slip/trip and falls, health care malpractice, and
injuries due to dangerous roads and product failures. Our personal injury
clients have suffered injuries that range from the wrongful death of a loved
one to bodily injuries, including the most severe brain injuries, paralysis,
disc injuries or burn injuries, to fractures or more run of the mill neck
and back sprain/strains. Our personal injury practice started in San Diego,
California in the 80’s, but we now handle cases throughout Southern
California.
The subrogation side of our practice has grown from our association with
another small firm that has over 30 years of representation on a contingent
fee basis of most of the major and smaller insurance carriers admitted in
California, in obtaining compensation for payments the companies made for
covered losses, including for workers compensation benefits, water losses,
and fire losses. The subrogation practice started in the 70’s in Sacramento,
California, but together our two firms now handle subrogation cases
throughout the State of California, and we are currently expanding our
practice to the Southeastern part of the United States to provide our
subrogation clients with a bicoastal presence.
